We think it's an excellent base for staying in Addis Ababa. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the respectful and helpful staff. The restaurant serves healthy Indian food. It is reasonably priced.

Had 2 days in Addis Ababa, spending our time here lovely. The daily breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and local food, for example. Overall the service was good. Respectful staff and the location was good and convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its reasonably large and neat room and nice staff. There were incredibly nice breakfasts with hot dishes and omelets, as example and the location was great.

really enjoyed this brand-new hotel, recommend. had 3 days in addis ababa, spending my time here lovely. the room was beautiful, and cosy, with a minibar, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. the most important was the staff - kind and nice people. the location was perfect and marvellous - just walking distance from everywhere i wanted to go. the property was set in a nice enough area.

Exceptionally good hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. The staff are great, and the breakfast is marvellous. Favourable and comfy location, just next door to Uneca Conference Center.

Brand-new hotel with low rates, centrally located and close to UNECA. Excellent service and hospitality with friendly staff. Authentic cultural evenings for locals. Superb dishes and generous portions at the restaurant.

Beds were hard.

The hotel had a particularly good and comfy location even in the city centre. A mini bar, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in great value rooms were awesome. The staff was very very helpful and caring and our experience was SUCH WONDERFUL overall.

The hotel of choice in Addis Ababa. Best base for 5 nights in Addis Ababa, very fancy property. The room was cozy and tidy, the staff was helpful. Marvellous breakfast with omelets, fresh fruit plus healthy food, reasonably priced. Convenient location in the central area, close to the main business areas of Addis Ababa and the main International Agencies and landmark.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at the Grand Palace Hotel were professional and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. We were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by the hotel. The complimentary transfer to and from the airport was a great added convenience. we had a memorable stay at the Grand Palace Hotel and would recommend it to others.
